Wellbeing is integral to the employee experience
The third key theme that came out of our anonymous ThinkTank with industry professionals was that wellbeing is integral to the employee experience. In order to create a wellbeing approach that truly delivers real benefit for your people, it needs to be present and visible at all stages of the employee journey (from attraction to retention). It also has to be backed wholeheartedly by leaders, and well supported by line managers.
